The visitors took the lead early, when Rondon rose to head home past Boruc and give the Baggies an advantage.
It should’ve been two-nil before halftime, but West Brom’s troubles from the spot continued after Tommy Elphick took down Gareth McAuley. Craig Gardner stepped up to the spot, but Boruc saved his attempt off the bar and then took care of the rebound as well. Still 1-0.
It stayed that way until Steve Cook‘s long throw made its way to Ritchie, who tied the score with less than 10 minutes to play.
