Madrid Derby moderator: Clattenburg to referee Champions League final

A quintet of Premier League officials will preside over the UEFA Champions League final, headlined by Mark Clattenburg.

Clattenburg, 41, has overseen a League Cup finals, Olympic games, and a UCL quarterfinal, but no final until May 28 in Milan.

He’ll be aided by English referees Anthony Taylor, Andre Marriner, Simon Beck and Jake Collin, as well as Hungarian fourth official Viktor Kassai.

Clattenburg will also officiate the FA Cup final between Crystal Palace and Manchester United on May 21. He will also be at the European Championship in France this summer.
