Coming off of a stellar season at Liverpool, midfielder Philippe Coutinho is reportedly being targeted by PSG.

The Parisians have made their interest known to Coutinho and his representatives, although it is said Liverpool hasn’t officially been approached yet.

Coutinho notched an impressive 12 goals this past season for the Reds, while appearing in over 40 matches for Jurgen Klopp‘s side.

His dynamic playmaking skills in various midfield roles has created difficulties for opposition trying to defend the Brazilian, which has previously caused teams like Manchester City to inquire about his availability.

While Liverpool held strong and opted to keep the 23-year-old when City came called and later offered an extension to the youngster, PSG has the money to go out and match any offer that Liverpool may suggest.

Coutinho’s skills will be on display at this summer’s Copa America Centenario, where he’ll represent his native Brazil. Despite the Selecao‘s lack of depth in attack this tournament, Coutinho will stand out all the more in the United States if he can help his team make a run at a title.
