Belgian striker Christian Benteke is considering his future at Liverpool.

The Premier League striker has the small matter of this month’s Euro tournament to consider as well, but Anfield isn’t far from his mind.

Does he have a future under Jurgen Klopp? The big Belgian doesn’t fit the traditional mold of a striker under Klopp, but scored just three of his nine goals once the calendar turned to 2016.

From the BBC:

“At 25 years old, I’m neither old nor young but it’s important to play,” the Belgium striker said.

“I still have a contract at Liverpool and I’d like to stay there, if I remain in the coach’s plans. If that’s not the case, it will become difficult to stay. I’ll think about if after the Euros.”

Do you think Klopp has plans for the big man? The striker had two goals and an assist in Liverpool’s final four Premier League games, but played a total of 15 minutes in the last three rounds of the Reds’ run to the Europa League Final.
