Liverpool have reportedly made a $14 million bid for Udinese midfielder Piotr Zielinski, although the Reds are not the only club interested in the 22-year-old.
As Jurgen Klopp tries to lure the Polish international to Anfield, Napoli are keen to keep him in Serie A.

Napoli have submitted a lesser bid than Liverpool’s, although they are hoping that manager Maurizio Sarri can convince Zielinski to stay in Italy. Zielinski played under Sarri while on loan at Empoli, with the manager credited for helping the young midfielder become a top talent.
However, Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis admitted that the player prefers a move to Anfield, giving Liverpool the advantage when the transfer window opens. It has also been reported that Klopp spoke to Zielinski on the phone this week to try and persuade him to join the Reds.
A box-to-box midfielder with great playmaking abilities, Zielinski is currently playing with Poland at EURO 2016.
