Tuesday plays host to four matches as both Group C and D close out play in the opening round of EURO 2016.
Out of the eight teams in action, only Spain has already assured a spot in the knockout rounds, with plenty to play for across France.

Germany and Poland currently sit tied atop Group C, but pesky Northern Ireland has fared better than expected and hope to pull off one of the biggest upsets in EURO history when they face the Germans on Tuesday.
In Group D, Spain and Croatia will battle for the top spot, while the Czech Republic are in need of a win to keep their survival hopes alive.
Group C
Germany (4 points): Assured of top-three finish; will win Group C with victory over Northern Ireland and Poland draw/loss vs. Ukraine
Poland (4 points): Assured of top-three finish; will win Group C with victory over Ukraine and Germany draw/loss vs. Northern Ireland
Northern Ireland (3 points): Assured of top-three finish; will win Group C with victory over Germany and Poland loss or draw vs. Ukraine
Ukraine (0 points): Eliminated.
Group D
Spain (6 points): Already advanced to round of 16; will win Group D with win/draw vs. Croatia
Croatia (4 points): Assured of top-three finish; will win Group D with victory over Spain
Czech Republic (1 point): Will finish top-three with win/draw vs. Turkey; unlikely to finish as one of four best third-place teams with draw vs. Turkey
Turkey (0 points): Must win vs. Czech Republic to have a chance at advancing as one of four best third-place teams
