The New York Derby is back on the main stage this Sunday at Yankee Stadium, where New York City FC will look to avenge the 7-0 humiliation at Red Bull Arena. A draw will keep City above RBNY on the table, but a loss at home would catapult the Red Bulls into second.

Another match which could cause table tumult caps the weekend on Monday night, when L.A. looks to take care of business at the StubHub Center against Vancouver. The ‘Caps hope to steady the ship after a disappointing loss in the Canadian Championship against Toronto FC.

Also on Monday we’ll see Colorado and Portland tangle in what will not only be yet another litmus test for Jermaine Jones and the first place Rapids, but a chance to take another swipe at the reigning champs. Oh, and it’s expected to be Tim Howard‘s Colorado debut.
