The European champs are back in town.

Portugal have returned home to Lisbon and have been greeted with a huge party.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Co. flew back from Paris on Monday morning and when they landed in their homeland incredible scenes of jubilation awaited them.

The EURO 2016 champions took an open top bus from the airport and made their way into the downtown Lisbon to celebrate the first-ever major trophy with their fans.

They stopped by the presidents house on the way for a ceremony but the party is sure to go long into the night as the whole nation celebrates their success thanks to Eder‘s extra time winner fter Fernando Santos’ men dug deep and defended resolutely against hosts France, especially after they lost captain and talisman Ronaldo early on through injury.
