One year together at the Allianz Arena and an incredible EURO tournament were apparently enough for Pep Guardiola to find his right back of the future.
Joshua Kimmich, 21, was outstanding for Germany at EURO 2016 after breaking through for Bayern Munich last season after a switch from RedBull Liepzig.
Now Guardiola would like to bring the right back to Manchester City, according to the Daily Mail, and will toss a $27 million bid in the direction of his former employers.

Granted left backs are harder to find, but Luke Shaw cost 1.5 times that figure when Manchester United pried him away from Southampton in 2014. Shaw was three years younger.
We have to think Kimmich will cost more than $27 million, but the deal would also be a profit of close to $15 million in one season’s time. Kimmich is also more than adequate as a defensive midfielder, and would be a huge pick-up for any team.
