Ibe, 20, moved to Liverpool from Wycombe at the age of 16 and made a career-best 41 appearances for the Reds last year, scoring four goals.
“It’s exciting,” Ibe told Cherries Player HD.“I like the philosophy the manager has got here and there are a lot of good, young players so it’s a good place for me to kick on and do well.“The team play the same style of football as Brendan Rogers used to play at Liverpool, which is something that I like.”
Ibe is an exciting player who showed promise with Liverpool and has represented England at youth level. With Max Gradel and Benik Afobe, Bournemouth can trot out a dangerous, shifty attack.
If the fee is accurate, it’s another club record for the Cherries.
