The Paul Pogba to Manchester United rumors are seemingly never ending.
Fresh reports have come out about United set to make a first official offer of $131 million for Pogba before Jose Mourinho’s team fly out on their preseason tour of China.

The Guardian believes that in the next 24 hours an initial fee of $114 million will be offered to Juventus for Pogba’s services and the other $17 million will be in performance related add-ons.
Per the report, United’s officials will sit down with Juventus directors Giuseppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici and Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola. Juve will apparently ask for $131 million up front to even contemplate selling their star central midfielder, while Pogba has yet to share his feelings on wanting to leave the Turin club.
Sky Italia also believe that Pogba has already agreed a salary of around $15 million per season and the talks will take place later on Tuesday.
23-year-old Pogba joined Juve from United in 2012 for a compensation fee of $1.2 million after his contract at Old Trafford ran out. Since then he’s won four-straight Serie A titles with Juventus and has become one of the best central midfielders in the world with his marauding forward runs and pinpoint passing leading Juve to success.

Mourinho has already signed Eric Bailly, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Zlatan Ibrahimovic as his first three signings at United and has spoken about wanting to add one more. If Pogba arrives then United will have a completely new spine of their team, one that is powerful and packed with talent. Pogba would be the final piece in the jigsaw for United under Mourinho and if the $131 million move goes through then he could become the most expensive player in history, inching just ahead of Gareth Bale.
The only other club said to be willing and able to spend big for Pogba is Real Madrid but even their manager Zinedine Zidane seems to be happy with his current midfield options when asked in a press conference on Monday.
Pogba to United or Pogba staying at Juve seem like the two likeliest outcomes.
After starring for France at EURO 2016, Pogba has been given an extended break by Juve and will not join the Italian champs on their tour of Australia this summer where they play in International Champions Cup action.
Pogba has time to ponder this potential record-breaking transfer.
