The first leg certainly wasn’t how West Ham drew it up, but Thursday’s performance against NK Domzale was a bit more convincing.

The Hammers comfortably won 3-0 (4-2 on aggregate) against their Slovenian opposition, ensuring the Premier League side a place in the final round of UEFA Europa League qualifying.

A pair of first-half finishes from Cheikhou Kouyaté gave West Ham a 2-0 advantage (3-2 on aggregate) inside of 25 minutes, before a late finish by Sofiane Feghouli with under 10 minutes to play guaranteed the side safety in the competition.
