Jose Mourinho has made his own bed — figuratively speaking, of course — on numerous occasions, and he has certainly been made to lie in it.

But, the Portuguese manager should be sent to prison? That’s a take too hot for even the most vociferous of anti-Mourinho tribesmen. It’s just a game, after all.
That didn’t stop Dejan Stefanovic, a former footballer from Serbia and current Slovenian world players’ union member, from making such a claim over the way Mourinho has “bullied” Bastian Schweinsteiger.
“It is clear bullying. In Slovenia, we would have indicted Mourinho and asked for the highest penalty — three years in prison.”
Schweinsteiger was reportedly made to train with Manchester United’s reserve squad earlier this month after Mourinho deemed him no longer needed at the club. The signing of Paul Pogba will have done nothing to soften Mourinho’s stance on the German World Cup winner. A number of clubs from the Premier League and elsewhere in Europe are said to be interested in the 32-year-old midfielder.
Stefanovic has since apologized for saying Mourinho should be jailed.
If Stefanovic believes Mourinho is bullying Schweinsteiger, then how would he categorize his handling of Juan Mata, both while at Chelsea and during last weekend’s Community Shield?
