Arsenal beat Watford comfortably at Vicarage Road on Saturday with the Gunners riding three first half goals to victory.
Santi Cazorla, Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil were all on the scoresheet to put Arsenal in a commanding position and although Roberto Pereyra hooked home in the second half it was a routine win for Arsene Wenger‘s side.
With their first win of the season Arsenal now has four points from three games, while Watford remains winless and has just one point from Walter Mazzarr’s first three games in charge.

Arsenal were awarded a penalty kick when Ozil’s teasing ball towards Sanchez saw the latter clattered into by Nordin Amrabat.
Sanchez was then slotted in but Gomes denied him at the near post but soon after the Chilean forward was celebrating.

Theo Walcott’s cross from the right was nudged over the line by Sanchez at the back post and Arsenal deservedly led 2-0.
It was 3-0 right on half time as Sanchez got free on the left and his inch-perfect cross found Ozil who ran in unmarked.

The latter then sent an acrobatic effort just over the bar in the 72nd minute as the Hornets pushed hard to get back into the game.

Arsenal saw out the game with minimum fuss as Wenger’s men head into the international break with a first win of the season in their back pocket.
