Fabian Johnson raced into space, ruthlessly cut a defender, and delivered an equalizer with class.

That’s the story of Borussia Monchengladbach‘s point after the USMNT winger leveled things with RB Leipzig on Wednesday in Bundesliga action.

The goal is the 28-year-old’s first of the season after scoring a career-best eight in 2015-16.

The match finished 1-1.

— Bayern Munich eased past John Brooks-less Hertha Berlin 3-0 behind goals from Franck Ribery, Thiago Alcantara, and Arjen Robben.

— Schalke‘s 1-0 lead lasted all of two minutes as visiting Koln scored the last three goals of a 3-1 road win.

— Werder Bremen also led 1-0 at home before Yunus Malli and Pablo De Blasis struck twice in the final three minutes to lead Mainz to a 2-1 win.

— Bayer Leverkusen drew Augsburg 0-0.
