Following on from Eric Dier, Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Harry Winks all signing new long-term contracts, Rose has signed a new five-year deal at Spurs as the England international looks to continue his ascent as the Premier League’s elite left back.

Rose, 26, was named in the PFA Team of the Year for the 2015-16 season and started 3 of England’s four games at EURO 2016.

The Yorkshireman joined Spurs as a 17-year-old from Leeds United and after initially struggling to break through into the first team he’s now been a regular at left back in each of the past three seasons.

With Spurs finishing third in the Premier League last season, Mauricio Pochettino was eager to keep this young team together. With a new stadium at WHL set to be ready for the start of the 2018-19 season, there is an exciting future ahead for Tottenham.

Speaking to Spurs’ website, Rose was delighted to extend his stay at the Lane.

And of course, Rose has been a firm fans favorite at Tottenham ever since he did this against north London rivals Arsenal on his PL debut back in 2007…
