Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola would like to bring a pair of young stars from Bayern Munich to the Premier League.

The reunion candidates are young French attacker Kingsley Coman and versatile defender/midfielder David Alaba.

Coman was brought to Bayern by Guardiola, but has played much less under new boss Carlo Ancelotti. The 20-year-old has 11 caps for France, and has also spent time with PSG and Juventus.

Alaba would cost close to $50 million, according to the Sun. The left back thrived under Guardiola’s guidance and would be a summer move. Alaba also plays holding mid for Austria.

Alaba is just 24, and the young injection would help complete Guardiola’s flipping of the City senior squad. John Stones is 22, Ilkay Gundogan 25, and Leroy Sane 20. Considering that the squad list boasts 12 players over the age of 30, expect many more moves in the coming windows.
