They came, they saw, they attacked.

That’s the story of so many of Liverpool’s matches under Jurgen Klopp, as the Reds overcame conceding a pair of first half equalizers to top Crystal Palace 4-2 at Selhurst Park on Saturday.

Klopp got a pair of goals from his center backs, but wasn’t bemused when they were victimized twice at the head of James McArthur.

There were a pair of questionable non-PK calls that could’ve pushed Palace back into it, but otherwise it was all Liverpool over the final hour or so.

From BT Sport:

“In the first 15 minutes we were not really at 100 percent then in half an hour we created chance after chance. It was a close game and a deserved win at the end. I’m a very happy man.

“The defensive error we made for the first goal is because we are not at the limit of our concentration. The aggressiveness was not there at the start of the game. But I saw a lot of wonderful things today offensively.”

The Reds remain level on points with first-place Manchester City and second-place Liverpool.
