Kane, 23, hasn’t played since Sept. 18. He scored goals in his last two matches after failing to net in his first three PL matches of the season.

From the BBC:

“We are very happy with Harry, he had a good training session – he is fit.

“In the last few seasons he has been very important for us and was the top scorer in the league (in 2015-16). It is important for the club, it is very good news and good to have him back. He can help the team.”

Kane scored 25 goals in the last Premier League season.

Toby Alderweireld is out for Sunday’s match, while Mousa Dembele and Erik Lamela are doubts according to Spurs’ Twitter feed.
