- Antonio strikes again
- Winks nabs first PL goal
- Reid assists, wins PK
- Kane scores two late
Tottenham Hotspur’s slump is over thanks to late heroics from Son Heung-min and Harry Kane in a 3-2 win over West Ham United at White Hart Lane on Saturday.
Son found Kane for an 89th minute goal before winning a 90th minute penalty that Kane converted for a come-from-behind victory that pushes Spurs within a point of fourth-place Arsenal.
Spurs entered Saturday’s London Derby with five draws and two losses in their last seven matches across all competitions.
Michail Antonio‘s first half goal was balanced by Spurs’ 20-year-old Harry Winks, who nabbed his first Premier League marker early in the second frame. Manuel Lanzini put West Ham ahead with a second half PK, but Kane leveled late before adding a PK of his own.
West Ham remains 17th, with 11 points.

The goal came after 23 minutes of play, and Antonio celebrated with the “Thriller” dance, as Winston Reid‘s turn of a crossbar rebound met Antonio’s head for a 1-0 lead.
The rest of the half was mostly notable for a chippy, physical tone. The fouls mostly were away from the danger areas, with the exception of a Mousa Dembele foul in the 36th minute.
That gave Dimitri Payet a chance to take a dig at goal, but the Spurs wall leapt to nod his effort over the frame for a corner.

Randolph make an incredible leg save on Eric Dier‘s header moments later, and the Irons were very much on the back foot.
Yet it was West Ham who would score next.
Janssen dragged down Reid in the box to set Lanzini up for a 68th minute penalty, and the Argentine finished with precision and power.
It looked fairly buttoned-up, but Son Heung-min found Kane through traffic for a close-range finish with little time to spare.
Then Mike Dean awarded Son a penalty when the South Korean cleverly dragged his leg to hit the deck off a sliding tackle from Havard Nordtveit. Kane converted. Cue the scenes.
