Both Premier League sides looked out of sorts for much of the first half, but Arsenal and Manchester City have pulled level going into the break.

Arsenal 1-1 PSG

PSG took the lead in the 18th minute when Edinson Cavani threw his body to the ground to meet Blaise Matuidi’s cross from close range.

The Gunners found an equalizer in first-half stoppage time when Olivier Giroud capitalized from the penalty spot after Alexis Sanchez was taken down inside the PSG penalty area. Giroud’s finish was the lone shot on target for Arsenal.

Borussia Monchengladbach 1-1 Manchester City

The Citizens found a leveler on the stroke of halftime when David Silva tapped home a Kevin De Bruyne cross in first-half stoppage time.

Sergio Aguero gave City the lead a minute prior but Yann Sommer denied the Argentine striker from close range to keep Monchengladbach in front.

The hosts struck in the 23rd minute through Raffael, however, Silva’s finish ensured the two sides would go into the break all tied up.
