Danny Williams has been in-and-out of the United States men’s national team, but the hard-nosed midfielder could be a regular for another American.
Bob Bradley‘s Swansea City is among the squads linked with the 27-year-old German-born midfielder, and The South Wales Evening Post notes that the Welsh unit was after Williams last January as well.

Williams is out of contract at Reading this summer, and the report claims that Premier League sides Crystal Palace and Burnley are also interested in his services.
He’s been capped 19 times wih the U.S., and has two goals (one was a sensational consolation goal against Brazil). Williams has been with Reading since leaving Hoffenheim in 2013, and has 127 appearances to go with 13 goals.
Williams fills a glaring hole for Swansea, and would also fit Dyche’s system at Burnley. It’s harder to say with Palace, as Alan Pardew could be gone by January.
