It didn’t come easy.

After three losses and two draws, Bradley saw his side rally from a 1-0 deficit to lead 3-1… and go behind 4-3.

But Leroy Fer added his second goal of the night before substitute Fernando Llorente finished a brace of his own for a 5-4 win that pulled Swans to within two points of safety:

“That’s one we won’t forget,” Bradley said. “I’ve been on the wrong side of those occasionally but I’m going to give all the credit to the players today. When you see the ball go off Jack Cork‘s head for their third goal, you think, boy, nothing’s going our way and somehow these guys fight to the end and it’s a credit to them.”

What a game, and what a moment for the former USMNT boss!

The match further underlines, circles, and highlights that Bradley needs defensive reinforcements in the January transfer wndow.

Next up: Spurs, Sunderland, West Brom, and Middlesbrough. Swans are in 19th.
