A trip to the MLS Cup Final is on the line for Toronto FC and Montreal Impact when the Eastern Conference foes kick-off the second leg of their conference final at 7 p.m. EDT Wednesday.

Toronto enters the leg down 3-2, but carries two valuable road goals from Montreal. After going down 3-0, that will feel like a victory in itself.

If Montreal emerges, the Dec. 10 final will be in Seattle. A Toronto win means BMO Field gets a second-straight massive match.

It’ll be Toronto’s 3-5-2 with Jozy Altidore and Sebastian Giovinco up top against Montreal’s 4-3-3.

Given Toronto’s refurbished and expanded stadium, and the most important game in club history, expect a wild night in Ontario.

Toronto FC: Irwin; Hagglund, Moor, Zavaleta; Morrow, Johnson, Bradley, Cooper, Beitashour; Giovinco, Altidore.

Montreal Impact: Bush; Ambroise-Oyongo, Ciman, Cabrera, Camara; Bernardello, Donadel, Bernier; Oduro, Mancosu, Piatti.
