On Thursday Saints revealed a brand new third kit which has been designed by their official kit supplier Under Armour.
It was also revealed this kit will not be made available to buy.
If you want a little bit more information on Saints’ seven-year deal with U.S. based kit supplier Under Armour, PST’s Kyle Lynch went to Baltimore, Maryland this summer to see the unveiling of Saints’ new jerseys and find out what went in to making it. Well worth a read.
The reason Southampton had to make a new kit just for this game was because both of their home and away kits clashed with Bournemouth’s red and black striped home jerseys and the Premier League asked them to make a different kit available.
See a photo below of the beautiful looking jerseys which feature an all-white shirt with red shorts and red and white striped socks.
I don’t know about you, but if Saints did sell this kit I think it would be a big win with fans and fine jersey appreciators alike…
