Man City has won just six of its last 16 games in all competitions, while last time out Arsenal suffered defeat late on at Everton which was their first loss in the Premier League since the opening day of the season. Both remain in the title hunt and Sunday’s game will be pivotal in deciding which team is a more likely title contender.

The main area of concern for Pep Guardiola and City has been defensive issues with the back line chopped and changed in terms of personnel and formations and City shipping seven goals in recent defeats to Chelsea and Leicester City. Guardiola has admitted issues with his defense but insists he will stick with his philosophy, even if it costs him his job.

What is going wrong with City’s defense? And how can Arsenal exploit those weaknesses (Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil must be licking their lips in anticipation) to get a big win at the Etihad this weekend?
