Peter Crouch nabbed his 50th Premier League headed goal to help Stoke finish the season with a 1-0 win over Southampton at St. Mary’s on Saturday.
Saints finished the year on a 450-minute plus run without a goal at St. Mary’s.

Mame Biram Diouf came close with a 56th minute header off a corner kick, but he pushed his offering wide.
Geoff Cameron swept a gorgeous cross from the right that Crouch powered home for his 10th of the season.
Jack Butland made a terrific save following the goal, and then stopped Manolo Gabbiadini on an 80th minute breakaway.
Butland then denied Sofiane Boufal with a left leg stop that showed he’s back in international form, then swatting away Gabbiadini’s attempt off a corner kick.
