N'Golo Kante didn’t feature for Chelsea at Manchester City on Sunday after passing out in training 48 hours before kick off.
Reports have emerged, such as this one from the Telegraph, detailing the scary moment that Kante fainted in front of his teammates.
The reigning PFA Player of the Year reportedly “slumped to one side” in the locker room at Chelsea’s training ground before being sent for cardiology tests which all came back clear.
Kante traveled with the squad to Manchester for the game against City but reportedly felt unwell on Sunday morning and wasn’t risked for the game.
Per the report, the 26-year-old could have been suffering with a reaction to the subzero temperatures in the UK over the past week.
It is believed Kante will be available for Chelsea’s London derby against Crystal Palace this weekend.
