- Zaha, van Aanholt score in second half

Crystal Palace continued their fine form to end the season as they beat West Bromwich Albion 2-0 at Selhurst Park on Sunday.
As for West Brom, they were already relegated but Darren Moore‘s side finished bottom of the table after a dismal season overall.

West Brom went close early on as Grzegorz Krychowiak smashed an effort just wide.
At the other end Ben Foster, who has had a fine end to the season, made yet another good stop to deny Wilfried Zaha but the Palace winger will feel he could’ve done better.

The rest of the first half played out with both teams trying to launch counters and having long spells of possession but there were no more clear-cut chances at either end.

In the second half Palace stepped on the gas. Big time.
Van Aanholt was tapped home by Palace’s player of the season, Zaha, as he celebarated jubiliantly.

Late on van Aanholt made it 2-0 as the marauding left back got the party going at Selhurst.
