The two who have kick off the day’s action at 10 a.m. ET.

England, the 1966 winners, take on Sweden, 1958 finalists, in Samara. Gareth Southgate‘s Three Lions know their possibility for glory is as good as its been in some time, with just two wins holding them back from a final.

The same, of course, is true for Sweden, who has shut out every team but Germany so far in its World Cup run.

The late game sees hosts Russia looking to continue what’s been a fairly dreamlike run with a toppling of Croatia. While Vatreni may not carry the name recognition of previous combatants Spain, Croatia is a superior test for the Russians.
