Liverpool’s Salah visits kid injured trying to catch a glimpse

Plenty of kids have lost sight of their bearings in the presence of the heroes, and little Louis Fowler was the worse for wear following a bid to catch a glimpse of Mohamed Salah.

Fowler — what a last name for a Liverpool supporter, yeah? — went sprinting after Salah’s car as the Egyptian megastar left the training ground on Monday, and clattered into a lamp post.

While the player was worrying about his busted up nose, which would later need to be reset, that very car pulled back into view.

From The Liverpool Echo:

“He’d seen one of the boys had hurt himself and he had the decency to drive back into the close to check that he was okay. No-one could believe it. Everyone was gobsmacked. Mo asked if the boys were all right and gave them a big hug which was what they both needed. They were made up and Louis forgot all about being injured.”

It’s the little gestures sometimes, isn’t it?
