Belgium, France, Brazil, and England remain the top four, with Portugal moving up two spots to replace Uruguay in the top five.

Russia makes the biggest move of anyone in the top 50, climbing six spots to No. 32 after beating Serbia and Hungary in UEFA Nations League matches earlier this month.

Mexico stays steady at 11, ahead of Italy, the Netherlands, and Germany.

Senegal is the top-ranked African side at 20, while Japan at 28 leads Asia.

The next international break comes in early October.

U.S. Soccer is said to still be evaluating whether the possibility of friendlies are logical due to the pandemic’s challenges on global travel. The USMNT does not have any announced matches for the remainder of 2020.
