There’s plenty more gossip coming out of the rumor mill this Monday after a Sunday list that could’ve raised any fan’s eyebrows.

Reports are split on whether Divock Origi will be coming back to Liverpool or staying on loan at Lille, and Liverpool’s interest in Xherdan Shaqiri is nothing new, but the new name linked to Anfield is Fiorentina goalkeeper Norberto Neto. The Brazilian backstop is out of contract this summer and The Mirror says he’s not expected to re-up with the Florence club.

Shaqiri is a man in demand, as Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini has been discussing his desire to bring the Swiss attacker to Italy. And Mancini didn’t stop there, talking up PSG’s Ezequiel Lavezzi.

From Sky Sports:

“Shaqiri is another option for us, but we don’t know what will happen in the next month. We’re looking for a player who can play both as a striker and winger, and Shaqiri plays both roles,” the Italian said in a press conference ahead of his side’s match with Juventus.

“Lavezzi, as well as Shaqiri, plays for a giant club, it’s very difficult to try to sign him.”

The Mirror reports that Arsene Wenger is looking to bring a veteran defender to the Emirates, and that Arsenal has reached out to St. Etienne back Loic Perrin, 29. The center back has served at his French club since 2003, and recently received his first call-up to the France national team.

Schalke want to bring Manchester City defender Matija Nastasic to Germany, but manager Roberto Di Matteo admits that there are plenty of teams interested in the 21-year-old Serbian. Nastasic came to City from Fiorentina in 2012 for $17 million. Manchester City continues to be linked with big names, and this time around it’s longtime Arsenal target Julian Draxler. Manuel Pellegrini would like to bring Schalke’s $38 million man to the Etihad. Could a swap deal be worked out?

Ayoze Perez was a surprise when his name popped up on the radar of Newcastle United this summer, but the Tenerife product has succeeded in winning a place at St. James Park. He has five goals in 19 appearances for the Magpies at the tender age of 21, and cost just around $3 million. Arsenal and Manchester United are said to be scouting the youngster over a move, and could he move so soon? Newcastle’s Papiss Cisse is also being linked with Man City.
